Matthew Hoffmann is an AV Preeminent-rated attorney who focuses on personal injury law. A North Dakota native, he earned his J.D. with distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law, where he was a scholarship recipient, teaching assistant, and Moot Court Board president. After starting his career defending medical malpractice and negligence cases at one of Nevada’s largest insurance defense firms, he shifted his practice to representing injury victims as a partner at Arin & Associates, P.C., and now at Battle Born Injury Lawyers. Recognized among the top 150 lawyers in Southern Nevada, Hoffmann also serves as a court-appointed arbitrator and is licensed in Nevada, California, and North Dakota.
