Mr. Moore has advised lending institutions and business owners in businesses of all sizes in Georgia and surrounding states. Mr. Moore also has experience in dealing with businesses with foreign subsidiaries as well as foreign ownership. Advising business clients of all types and sizes in the sale and acquisition of businesses and business assets is also an area in which Mr. Moore has significant expertise.
