Attorney Miguel E. Miranda, founder of Miranda Law Office, LTD, has over 20 years of experience in criminal defense, DUI and traffic cases, and personal injury. A former Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney, he brings insight from both prosecution and defense. He is active in the Illinois State Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois. Fluent in English and Spanish, Mr. Miranda earned his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2004, completing a legal internship with future Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul. He also taught at Northeastern Illinois University and draws on his working-class background to connect with clients. Outside his practice, he values family, faith, sports, and CrossFit.
