Carter J. Adams, a Winter Haven native and Stetson University graduate, earned his law degree from Barry University School of Law in 2013. He began his career representing financial institutions before serving as an Assistant State Attorney, later focusing on civil litigation and personal injury cases. Active in his community, he chairs the Lake Region Lakes Management District, leads Habitat for Humanity of East Polk County, and participates in several professional bar associations.
