As a Special Assistant Attorney General, Chas prosecuted a wide array of complex criminal matters and tried dozens of cases to verdict in the District, Family, and Superior Courts. His work frequently placed him at the center of some of the state’s most challenging criminal proceedings, where he developed a reputation for thorough preparation and persuasive advocacy.Throughout his career as a state prosecutor, Chas maintained a near-daily presence in court, gaining practical insight into all stages of litigation. He now applies that depth of experience to serve individuals and families navigating the justice system, advocating zealously for their rights and interests.Chas handles matters involving criminal defense, general civil litigation, juvenile delinquency and wayward petitions, and actions to defend constitutional rights.He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami in 2003 with dual majors in Communications and Criminology. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2006.
