Tom Horgan is the Managing Partner of Horgan Law LLC. He maintains a broad practice spanning corporate law and civil litigation, representing both individuals and business entities in commercial disputes and personal legal matters alike. His clients rely on him for counsel that is strategic, decisive, and grounded in their objectives.Tom earned his undergraduate degree from Villanova University and his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law. He began his career in New York City, where he litigated in state and federal courts at every level before returning home to Omaha, Nebraska. That experience sharpened his ability to navigate complex legal questions and to advise businesses on decisions that serve both their immediate needs and their long-term direction.Tom is also a licensed athlete agent in Nebraska, with a practice focused on Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) agreements. He counsels student-athletes through the initiation, negotiation, and execution of these contracts, an emerging area where his corporate and sports law experience meet.
