About Rebecca Burton
Rebecca Burton knew from a young age that she wanted to pursue a legal career. Raised in Loveland, she was inspired by her father’s work as an attorney and set her sights on following in his footsteps. While raising her teenage children, she earned her law degree from the University of Denver with a clear goal in mind — to advocate for clients in the courtroom and eventually carry on her father's estate planning work.
Over the course of her legal career, Rebecca has managed thousands of cases and helped recover millions of dollars for her clients. Her approach is grounded in building strong personal connections and understanding each client’s unique circumstances. Whether guiding families through the estate planning process or addressing the aftermath of a serious car accident, she brings clarity and compassion to every step, aiming to make the legal process as manageable as possible.
Rebecca is also deeply committed to her community. For more than 30 years, she has actively supported local initiatives such as Friends of Hospital, the Philomatheon Club, Rotary, and PEO. She has held board and fundraising roles with several organizations, including Pioneer School, House of Neighborly Service, Mountain Prairie Girl Scout Council, Sculpture Invitational, and McKee Wellness Foundation. Her dedication to service reflects the same values that shape her legal practice — care, integrity, and lasting impact.
