Alisha Melvin, Esq., has practiced law for more than 10 years and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1998. She is the owner of a minority woman-owned (MWBE) business, operating both law offices and real estate brokerages across four states. Her work involves real property, probate, and estates law, as well as brokering the sale and purchase of commercial and residential real estate. She has consistently achieved multi-million dollar production in real estate sales and represents a diverse range of clients, including individuals, churches, schools, cities, counties, and state entities.
In addition to her legal and real estate endeavors, Ms. Melvin teaches Legal Update 1 & 2 and Broker Responsibility, which are required courses for all Texas Realtors and Brokers. She remains dedicated to helping the public, real estate agents, and brokers avoid unnecessary litigation.
