With more than 25 years of legal experience, Joyce earned her law degree from Illinois Institute of Technology/Chicago-Kent College of Law. She received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and completed a Master's Degree in Business at the Thunderbird School of Global Management, a globally recognized institution. Joyce further enhanced her credentials by obtaining a certificate in mediation from the Center for Dispute Resolution at Depaul University College of Law. In her free time, she enjoys spending moments with her family and pets, and she is an avid scuba diver and traveler.
