San Jose, CA Civil Litigation AttorneyAdam Davis is a partner at Davis, Bengtson & Young, where he oversees pre-lawsuit, litigation, and trial matters in employment and tort law. He previously served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Jeremy Fogel of the U.S. District Court (Northern District of California) and interned for the Hon. Socrates Manoukian of the Santa Clara County Superior Court. His community-focused efforts include volunteering with New Orleans Legal Assistance after Hurricane Katrina and representing indigent clients at the Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center in San Jose. Mr. Davis participates in alumni-student mentorship programs at Bellarmine College Preparatory and is a frequent lecturer and speaker at Bay Area law schools. He served two terms as Chairman of the Santa Clara County Bar Association’s Barristers Committee and has held multiple elected positions on the association’s Board of Trustees. He earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and received a B.S. in Business Administration (minor in Economics), cum laude, from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
