While attending Emory University Law School, he recognized a need for a different kind of personal injury law firm—one built on honesty, accessibility, and unwavering client commitment. Through his experiences clerking at other firms, he envisioned a practice that prioritized not only legal advocacy but also an exceptional client experience. In 1984, after two years of practicing law independently, David established Montlick with a clear mission: to provide high-quality legal representation and meaningful support to the community. His guiding principle has always been to treat clients the way he would want to be treated, ensuring they receive the attention and service they deserve. Now serving as CEO and Founder, David continues to lead by example.
