As a Certified Behavioral Consultant, she integrates a client-focused approach, ensuring each person’s needs and concerns are thoroughly addressed. Coming from a family with deep roots in the legal profession, she was strongly influenced by her father, Gregory Gay, who dedicated over 40 years to this field. Continuing his legacy, she emphasizes thoughtful planning and compassionate legal guidance, working closely with clients to create solutions that offer security and peace of mind. Early in her career, she established Ehrhardt Elder Law, a solo practice that she later sold after more than a decade. Her experience in managing a law firm led her to explore legal technology, ultimately founding Practice42. Through this company, she helps attorneys nationwide enhance efficiency, implement better systems, and improve client service by leveraging technology and streamlined operations. In 2019, she launched The Law Office of Audrey Ehrhardt, initially focusing on supporting Florida attorneys with Medicaid planning. However, a personal experience involving a loved one’s healthcare challenges reshaped her perspective, expanding her firm’s approach to better serve the needs of families navigating similar situations.
