Timothy D. Godwin is a criminal defense attorney and the founding member of Godwin Law Firm, PLLC. He earned his law degree from Texas A&M School of Law and is licensed to practice in Texas. Timothy is dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals facing various criminal charges, including DWI, drug offenses, weapons charges, juvenile crimes, theft, assault, domestic violence, sex crimes, expunctions, and both misdemeanors and felonies, including white-collar crimes.
