After earning her law degree from the University of Utah, she began practicing in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she handled complex family law and civil litigation cases. Her work there led to a position with the Nevada Attorney General's Office, where she contributed to critical areas such as health care policy administration, elder abuse prevention, and child protection in juvenile court. Returning to her roots in Utah, Kathryn joined the Utah Attorney General's Child Protection team in Southern Utah, where she served for 15 years, advocating for the safety and welfare of vulnerable children. Following a brief retirement focused on mediation and estate planning, she returned to active legal practice in 2023 with Boyack Christiansen Legal Solutions. Today, Kathryn continues to provide compassionate and effective representation in family law and civil litigation, drawing on her experience and unwavering commitment to justice. Education
