Dominic Allen Garduño, a native of Prescott, Arizona, has built a distinguished legal career and a passion for advocacy. He graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2017, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in American Political Studies and Criminology/Criminal Justice. Driven by his ambition to pursue justice, Dominic went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law in 2020. During law school, he excelled in trial advocacy, serving as Executive President of the Mock Trial organization and earning the prestigious Trial Advocacy Excellence Award for Best All-Around Advocate. After passing the Tennessee bar in 2020, Dominic began practicing criminal defense, focusing on DUI defense, traffic offenses, and other criminal matters. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee and Kentucky state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. Recognized for his legal knowledge, Dominic has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, a Top 40 Under 40 Criminal Defense Attorney by the National Trial Lawyers Association, and a Top Attorney by Cityview Magazine. When not advocating for his clients, Dominic enjoys Brazilian jiu-jitsu, fishing on the Tennessee River, and attending minor league baseball games on warm summer evenings.
