During his time there, he contributed as a Staff Editor on the Oklahoma City University Law Review and served three years on the Moot Court Honors Board. While studying, Tim also worked full-time at a civil litigation firm, gaining hands-on experience and representing clients in court under a limited license to practice law obtained in 1997. Tim established his own law firm in 2000 and has continued in private practice, dedicating himself to understanding each client’s unique needs. He believes in transparent, informed counsel and takes the time to discuss realistic expectations, empowering clients to make well-informed decisions. Tim’s approach is centered on providing personalized service that is both effective and economical, advising clients based on their best interests rather than simply securing their business. Tim earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Oklahoma State University in 1995. At Oklahoma State, he was actively involved in student leadership, serving as Chief Justice of the Residence Hall Judicial Board and working as a Resident Advisor for four years. Throughout his career, Tim has managed a wide variety of cases, including civil rights litigation covering areas like sex, disability, race, and age discrimination; complex business and real estate disputes; medical malpractice; products liability; and small claims cases. His success stems from a commitment to clear client communication, careful case preparation, and collaboration with a team that shares his dedication to detail.
