Mr. Mikaelian is a principal partner with Knapp, Petersen, & Clarke. He focuses his practice on personal injury, premise liability, and wrongful death cases. Prior to joining KPC, Mr. Mikaelian was an associate attorney at a boutique law firm and has experience in family law, estate planning, and general business litigation. Mr. Mikaelian also clerked for both the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office and Orange County District Attorney’s Office, where he assisted with prosecuting criminal cases. Mr. Mikaelian is licensed to practice law throughout the State of California. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and then earned his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School with concentrations in Criminal Law and Trial & Appellate Practice. While at Whitter Law School he received the award of Admission Merit Scholar, Dean’s List, Honor Roll, and received a Cali Award in the area of legal writing. He was also active in several organizations, including Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and the Armenian Law Society. Mr. Mikaelian is a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and the Armenian Bar Association. In his spare time, Mr. Mikaelian enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and volunteering. He is also an avid LA Dodgers and Las Vegas Raiders fan.
