Mr. Hilbert holds membership in the Bar across multiple states, including Colorado, Wisconsin, and Arizona. He has a rich legal career marked by trying cases in numerous jurisdictions across the country, spanning twenty states. His admission extends to various prestigious institutions, including the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Ninth, and Tenth Circuits. Mr. Hilbert is also an accomplished arbitrator with experience in FINRA, CBOE (Chicago Board Options Exchange), NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation), and the National Futures Association. His extensive legal background includes significant first-chair trial and appellate experience.

Mr. Hilbert has garnered the highest accolades from several attorney rating entities, including recognition in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
