She actively serves as a Board Member for Kidside, a nonprofit organization dedicated to aiding families in divorce and paternity cases. Emily has also undertaken the role of Guardian Ad Litem in numerous cases, advocating for the best interests of the child. Admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, Emily focuses her legal expertise on divorce and family law matters.
