Emily Joyce Phillips, the Founder of Miami Family Law Group, PLLC in Miami, Florida, concentrates her practice in Divorce and Family Law. Hailing from Ohio, she obtained her Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University in 2002, following her bachelor's degree in Finance from Miami University in 1999. Launching her legal career in Miami, Emily is a member of The Florida Bar and the Dade County Bar Association. She actively serves as a Board Member for Kidside, a nonprofit organization dedicated to aiding families in divorce and paternity cases. Emily has also undertaken the role of Guardian Ad Litem in numerous cases, advocating for the best interests of the child. Admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, Emily focuses her legal expertise on divorce and family law matters.
