Admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2017, Ms. Paulsen hails from the picturesque Willamette Valley in Oregon. Her legal journey took her to Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon, where she immersed herself in the study of law. During her time in Salem, she served as a clerk at a highly respected family law firm and became a Certified Law Student for the Family and Child Advocacy Clinic through the Willamette College of Law Clinical Law Program. With a deep-seated passion for family law, Ms. Paulsen demonstrates an unwavering dedication to her clients and their families. Her primary goal is achieving successful resolutions to their conflicts while optimizing their futures. She firmly believes in resolving matters as amicably as possible through skillful and considerate negotiation, with a special focus on the well-being of her clients' children.

Ms. Paulsen is a seasoned trial lawyer, well-prepared to vigorously advocate for her clients, particularly in cases where the opposing party is uncooperative. Her proficiency in trial advocacy was recognized during her time as a Certified Law Student, earning her the prestigious "Best Trial Award" from the Willamette University College of Law Clinical Program. Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Paulsen serves as City Counsel for her community, firmly endorsing the idea that volunteer work is the cornerstone of a strong and vibrant community. In her personal life, she is the proud mother of a wonderful daughter and enjoys activities such as baseball, softball, following the Blazers, and unwinding at the beach.
