John R. Christie is licensed in Ohio and Michigan, as well as having handled matters in other jurisdictions at the request of clients, when the need arises. Unlike many “litigators”, John has taken matters to verdict in multiple jurisdictions. While trial is not always the best result, his actual courtroom experience allows clients the chance to have all options in seeking the best resolution for the particular matter. John has worked at a wide variety of firms, from a top ten (by size) to single digit law firms. By returning to his roots and going small, he is able to aggressively and creatively work with clients and pursue their goals, rather than a cookie cutter approach often found in the larger firms. John is fortunate to have built strong relationships with excellent clients and great staff. His practice involves small business, products liability, personal injury claims, construction matters, commercial land lord tenant matters, including litigating many issues in those fields. He has successfully litigated multiple matters through trial, including sharing in a million dollar verdict against a private utility company for damages to my client's property. John's goal is to get the best result possible result, regardless of the odds, that best suits his client.
