About Anita R Geraci-Carver

Anita Geraci-Carver, a Groveland native, values education and hard work deeply. She pursued her education at the University of Miami but chose to return to south Lake County, near her family, seeking a more peaceful life. An advocate for the outdoors, she enjoys spending time with her husband Nate and family at the beach, pool, or gym. Anita is dedicated to her community and actively participates in charitable events and community service.

In recognition of her legal acumen and dedication to public service, Anita Geraci-Carver earned an appointment by Governor Rick Scott on March 31, 2017, to the 5th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. This prestigious role involved selecting potential candidates for circuit and county court judge positions in Florida's 5th Circuit, encompassing Lake, Sumter, Marion, Hernando, and Citrus counties. Her term spanned from March 31, 2017, to July 1, 2018, marking a significant contribution to the legal landscape in her region.
