Graduated from J. Reuben Clark Law School and admitted to Utah State Bar in 1988. Began practice with Romney, Nelson & Cassity for one year. Commenced solo practice thereafter. Started a title Insurance Agency in 1992 and was owner and general counsel for a title insurance agency to the present. Names of title insurance agencies: Legal Title Company, Spencer Ball & Associates Title Insurance Agency, and Mountainland Title Insurance Agency. Maintained a part time solo law practice throughout the time period from 1992 to the present. Presently do real estate closings with Mountainland Title Insurance Agency, and also practice real estate law and estate planning.
