Mark's voyage commenced post-high school when he enlisted in the United States Army, where he honed his skills as a Military Policeman. Following rigorous training, his path led him to the bustling streets of New York City, where he undertook the role of a Protective Service Agent for the Department of Defense, safeguarding high-ranking Department of Defense officials and esteemed foreign guests. Recognizing his exceptional capabilities, Mark was bestowed with an active duty ROTC scholarship and subsequently commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army. Serving as an Air Defense Artillery officer, he brought his military experience to bear before embarking on a journey into the world of law. With the successful completion of the environmental law program at George Washington University, Mark assumed the rank of Captain in the United States Air Force. In January of 1998, he assumed the mantle of an Area Defense Counsel for the Eastern Circuit of the United States, undertaking the challenging responsibility of defending more than 40 criminal trials at various Air Force bases across the eastern United States and Panama.
