About Marcus Berg

Marcus Berg, a native of Washington, D.C., and raised in Maryland, completed his undergraduate studies at Tulane University in 2001, achieving a double major in Finance and Information Systems. His academic journey continued at Tulane University Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2005. In 2006, Berg relocated to Las Vegas, where he embarked on a career as an attorney at one of Nevada's prominent Insurance Defense law firms. During his tenure there, Marcus honed his practice in General Liability Defense, Corporate Law, and Intellectual Property for a period of three years before transitioning to one of the largest Personal Injury law firms in Las Vegas.

Today, Berg focuses his legal practice on advocating for the rights of individuals who have suffered injuries in various scenarios, including automobile accidents, trip and falls, slip and falls, and worker's compensation claims. He is authorized to practice law in all Nevada state courts, Federal Court in Nevada, and Colorado, boasting the rare distinction of being admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Marcus is an active member of prestigious organizations such as the Nevada and Clark County Bar Associations, the Nevada Justice Association, and the American Justice Association.

Throughout his career, Berg has amassed a track record of successful litigation, including a noteworthy achievement of securing three plaintiff jury verdicts at trial within a span of just three months. In addition to these courtroom victories, he has triumphed in numerous arbitration and workers' compensation hearings.

Beyond the courtroom, Marcus Berg finds enjoyment in various sports and leisure activities, including softball, tennis, and poker, and he is an ardent sports enthusiast.
