Danielle, an honors graduate from Utah State University with a dual degree in English and Constitutional Studies, first discovered her passion for assisting immigrants while learning Spanish as a missionary on the bustling streets of New York City. Her academic journey continued at Brigham Young University, where she not only pursued law but also held pivotal roles as the Vice President of Students and Senior Editor of the Law Review. Seeking a deeper understanding of critical societal issues, Danielle extended her studies with graduate coursework at New York University, focusing on the intersection of race and trauma.

With a career spanning over a decade in immigration law, Danielle boasts extensive experience practicing in numerous immigration courts throughout the United States. Her expertise encompasses appellate work before the Circuit Courts of Appeal and the Office of the Attorney General of the United States. Presently, she holds the esteemed position of Supervisory Immigration Attorney at the Law Office of Miguel Palmeiro, where her dedication and proficiency continue to benefit those navigating the complexities of immigration law.
