At Iuvo Law, Inc., our primary focus is on assisting individuals with disabilities and their families in obtaining guardianship or conservatorship once the disabled child reaches adulthood, as well as for family members who have experienced traumatic brain injury, Alzheimer’s/dementia or any other serious affliction. Additionally, we ensure that those eligible are receiving all of the government benefits they are entitled to – Social Security Disability (SSD), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Medicaid and Medicare included.

At our firm, we provide probate law services that address the questions related to end-of-life or incapacity issues. Our professional attorneys help with estate planning (i.e., wills, trusts, powers of attorney) as well as guardianship/conservatorship proceedings in cases where no plan is available before passing away or becoming incapacitated.

In addition to assisting people with disabilities, we are also experts in estate planning and probate litigation. While helping families on Social Security cases is not connected directly to probate law, this type of legal work still falls under the umbrella of disability law - which has led us to make it part of our practice as well.
