Roger K. Evans is an accomplished attorney with more than four decades of experience providing legal counsel to individuals, families, farmers, ranchers and business owners helping them with their business and estate planning needs (trusts/wills/durable power of attorney/advanced directives).
Mr. Evans is a member of the Marion County Bar Association and Oregon State Bar Association, as well as a member of the Oregon State Bar Association Sections involving Business Law, Elder Law, and Estate Planning and Administration. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Willamette Valley Estate Planning Council.
