Since 1986, Carlos D. Perez-Mesa has been a highly dedicated trial lawyer in both New Jersey and Hawaii. In his time there, he not only has gone to over 20 jury trials and arbitrations with successful verdicts in state and federal court combined, but also taken part in more than 300 mediations.

Mr. Perez-Mesa brings an expansive background of practicing in both state and federal courts, handling numerous types of legal matters such as products liability law, construction litigation, employment discrimination cases, ADA compliance issues, environmental regulations violations claims and personal injury concerns like auto accidents or slips & falls. After graduating from law school, Mr. Perez-Mesa was a clerk to Judge Nicholas in Mandak, Passaic County, New Jersey. When joining the firm, he specialized in litigation concerning personal injury and employment discrimination cases alongside products liability and condominium law defense for AIG™'s insureds involved in automobile or slip and fall accidents. Moreover; during his seven years as an attorney at AIG™’s Staff Counsel office based out of Honolulu, he wrote three published Hawaii Supreme Court opinions that have since been widely successful!
