A Bay Area native hailing from the South Bay, Rich Eichenbaum obtained his bachelor's degree in English Literature from U.C. Berkeley in 1987 and went on to earn a Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1991. During his time at Berkeley, Rich played a crucial role in the law library, overseeing the care of the rare books collection and assisting students with their research at the front desk.

With 23 years of experience predominantly on the insurance defense side, Rich transitioned to a firm dedicated to aiding victims of catastrophic injury incidents. He remains steadfast in his commitment to pursuing justice for seriously injured individuals.
