I have served as the lead trial counsel, successfully representing clients in various areas of tort law. While I handle cases across the spectrum, my primary focus is on medical malpractice, product liability, and personal injury cases for plaintiffs. Although my main office is located in Miami, I have effectively litigated cases throughout Florida and the entire United States. My national practice is particularly centered on cases involving the misdiagnosis or improper treatment of kidney disease. In numerous major cases, both as lead counsel and co-counsel, I have secured highly favorable verdicts, ensuring that my clients receive the justice they rightfully deserve.

Over the years, I have actively contributed to legal organizations, serving as vice-chair of the Dade County Bar Association Trial Section in 2001 and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Florida Justice Association in 2004. My commitment to advocating for injured victims is evident through my involvement in lobbying efforts in Tallahassee, Florida, with the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. Additionally, I played a key role in developing and implementing a permanent attorney ethics and responsibility curriculum in collaboration with the University of Miami School of Law. In the fall of 2014, I was appointed to teach a pre-trial civil litigation course at the University of Miami School of Law.

I maintain active membership in prestigious legal associations, including the Dade County Bar, the Florida Bar, the Hawaii Bar, the American Association for Justice, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the American Bar Association, and the American Constitution Society.
