Additionally, Mr. Whitehead acquired expertise in criminal law during his tenure with the Cuyahoga County Office of the Public Defender. His professional background includes extensive experience in due diligence and contract review for multinational mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Whitehead holds a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University’s law school. During his time at law school, he served as a research assistant to Professor Kevin C. McMunigal, contributing to the American Bar Association’s Prosecution and Defense Function Standards, 3rd edition. Outside his legal pursuits, Mr. Whitehead is actively involved in community service, volunteering with Meals on Wheels and serving as a volunteer caddy for the U.S. Kids Golf Association. He is also a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
