Destin, FL Family Law Attorney

Born and raised in Florida's panhandle, Attorney Winter Spires has an in-depth knowledge of the state's laws and the confidence it takes to represent cases in the area. She centers her services on representing individuals facing family law issues and is also incredibly proficient and experienced in handling matters related to real estate, construction, criminal law, business law, and debt and collections law. Before opening the doors to her own legal practice, Winter spires gained valuable experience partnering with a different firm and also served as Assistant Public Defender to the Orange County Office of the Pubic Defender. Attorney Spires serves the community through pro bono activities with the Emerald Coast Ronald McDonald House Charity as well as the Emerald Coat Children's Advocacy Center.
She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court Northern District of Florida. Attorney Spires serves as a Board Member of the prestigious Northwest Florida Ballet. Attorney Spires was appointed to the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Florida State Bar. She was also a member of the bar's Voluntary Bar Leadership Grants Subcommittee.
