About Morella Salazar

In 1989, Morella Salazar graduated from the School of Law at Santa Maria University in Caracas, Venezuela. Establishing Salazar Dager & Associates in 2016, she has effectively advocated for individuals and businesses globally, navigating diverse immigration issues and offering tailored strategies to achieve their objectives.

Her professional scope encompasses representing both national and international entities, their employees, and individuals before key U.S. immigration bodies such as the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and the Department of State (DOS) via U.S. Consular delegations worldwide.

With a wealth of experience, she handles preparing a wide array of visa applications, including immigrant and non-immigrant visas, Labor Certifications, Immigration Status Adjustments, family petitions, naturalization, and temporary protection status (TPS) requests. Over the years, she has assisted numerous entrepreneurs and investors in successfully establishing themselves within the United States.

Moreover, she served as a Director of the American Venezuelan Chamber of Commerce in the United States (2017-2020) located in Miami, Florida. Actively engaged in professional associations, she is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”), the American Bar Association (“ABA”), and the Venezuelan American Bar Association (VENAMBAR).

Beyond her professional roles, she shares her knowledge by delivering lectures across Latin America and Spain on the legal landscape of U.S. immigration, emphasizing lawful establishment in the U.S. through ventures and investments. Her engagements in international conferences focus on imparting insights into U.S. Immigration Law, offering updates on legal developments and trends, discussing diverse visa options for U.S. immigration, and addressing criteria for Permanent Residence (“Green Card”) and American citizenship.
