About Harry Steven Ellman

Harry, the former President of two Michigan bar associations and a former director of Flagstar Bank for 17 years, boasts extensive legal experience. He has tried numerous cases in Michigan courts and presented appeals in the Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court, and the 6th Circuit Federal Appeals Court in Cincinnati, Ohio. Notably, he served as lead counsel in a class action lawsuit appeal that reached the United States Supreme Court after a decade of litigation in state courts.

Between 1987 and 2006, Fidelity Title Company, a title insurance agency under Harry's leadership, insured transactions exceeding $8 billion in both commercial and residential real estate. Examples include the construction and sale of the Grand Tower Office Building in Lansing to the State of Michigan for $43 million and the $100 million rehabilitation of The Villages at Parkside in Detroit.

In 2006, Harry founded Fidelity Commercial Services LLC, now operating as Land Title Insurance Services. The company, through its associated entity Title Connect LLC, acts as a title insurance agent for First American Title Insurance Company, North American Title Insurance Company, and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. Additionally, Harry leverages his extensive professional network to offer various real estate services, including appraisal, survey, environmental reports, mortgage foreclosures, and quiet title actions.
