Gavin T. Elliot is an international lawyer licensed to practice in Florida, Washington D.C., England, and Wales. He founded The Elliot Legal Group, P.A. in 2010, with offices in Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Under his leadership, the firm focuses on business law, real estate law, foreclosure defense, and general counsel services. Throughout his career, Mr. Elliot has represented a wide range of clients, including single-member LLCs and Fortune 500 companies. Recognized for his work both in and out of the courtroom, he draws on comprehensive legal knowledge to secure positive outcomes. He began his legal career as a public defender in Orange County, gaining valuable trial and negotiation experience. In 2003, he shifted his focus to various civil practice areas. Mr. Elliot is a member of the American Bar Association and the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar. He remains active in both legal and local communities, volunteering his time to support multiple causes. A former Rotary member, he has also served as director of Access Charter School, which serves children on the autism spectrum. Born in Harrow, England, Mr. Elliot moved to the United States during childhood and grew up in Florida. After completing high school in Fort Lauderdale, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida. In 2001, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, establishing the foundation for his accomplished legal career.
