Pat Dunn boasts a wealth of experience as a patent litigator and trial attorney. Prior to embarking on his legal career, Pat held engineering roles at renowned companies like Motorola, Dell, Freescale, and THX. He then went on to serve as a Principal Engineer at Intellectual Ventures for several years. As a licensed U.S. patent attorney, Pat adeptly handles high-stakes patent litigation cases, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in federal district courts. His experience spans a wide range of technical and legal domains, encompassing computer science, electronics, and telecommunications. Moreover, Pat possesses extensive know-how in patent monetization, licensing, and the management of inter partes reviews before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Notably, he holds the distinction of being a named inventor on nine U.S. patents and also brings valuable experience in litigation finance to the table.
