With over two decades of legal experience, Jacqueline Cistaro possesses a distinct and extensive skill set that enriches her legal practice. She has handled a myriad of cases as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney.

Ms. Cistaro embarked on her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office, one of the largest indigent criminal defense firms in the nation. During her tenure, she passionately represented clients facing a wide spectrum of criminal charges, ranging from misdemeanors to first-degree felonies. Her dedication extended from arraignment to case resolution, including numerous trials resulting in verdicts.

Furthermore, Ms. Cistaro also served as a Deputy Attorney General at the Office of the Attorney General of New Jersey. In this role, she prosecuted a broad array of felony cases statewide, including those involving multiple defendants and cooperative investigations spanning various agencies. Her time as a Deputy Attorney General provided invaluable insights into the inner workings and strategies of both prosecutor's offices and law enforcement agencies, which greatly benefit her ongoing career as a trial defense lawyer.
