Before embarking on his legal career, Sam played a pivotal role in overseeing a multi-million dollar real estate investment and property management company. This hands-on experience allowed him to engage in a wide array of real estate transactions, donning various hats as a buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, and more. Sam's extensive background spans multiple legal domains, including hospitality law, real estate transactions, business transactions, immigration law, civil and commercial litigation, debt collection actions, contract drafting, estate planning, business entity formations, and small claims actions. Sam's unique perspective adds a distinctive dimension to the legal field, significantly benefiting his clients in addressing their legal needs.

During his time in law school, Sam demonstrated a deep commitment to community service. He volunteered to assist indigenous people in Orange County, California, and played a key role in resolving numerous legal issues through the law school's free legal clinic. Sam also took a leadership role during periods of administrative change, guiding a group of fellow law students in the school's immigration clinic, offering consultations and free legal services, and helping them navigate evolving administration policies.

A native of St. George, Utah, Sam is deeply rooted in the community. He completed his education at Dixie High School and Dixie College, and he now looks forward to expanding his family with plans for children in the near future. Sam's aspirations include practicing his legal profession in Southern Utah. In addition to his legal career, he continues to contribute to a family business and is well-acquainted with the value of hard work. In his spare time, Sam enjoys reading, quality family time, hiking, and actively giving back to the community.
