Before becoming an attorney, Joe worked in many health care settings such as community hospitals, medical groups, and integrated delivery systems. His background experience includes patient coding, teaching-physician services, integrated healthcare delivery systems, evaluation and management (E/M) coding, emergency medical services (ambulance) coding and billing, and Medicare and Medicaid rules.
