Diana Bailey opened her legal practice in 2011. Today, Baily Immigration has locations Beaverton and Portland, Oregon as well as Newport Beach, California. Attorney Bailey and her legal team dedicate their services to immigration law, handling cases that involve family-based immigration, deportation waivers, visas, asylum, citizenship and naturalization, deportation defense, and DACA. Prior to founding her firm, Attorney Bailey gained substantial experience representing clients facing criminal cases and immigration cases out of Southern California. Attorney Bailey holds membership with the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Additionally, she is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
