Attorney Liana Serobian has spent nearly two decades advocating for the fundamental rights of individuals within California's juvenile court system. Since 2005, her work has been instrumental in shaping precedent-setting case law, with her arguments leading to published decisions in nearly 20 appellate cases and two ongoing cases with the California Supreme Court. Known for her passionate commitment, Attorney Serobian has earned distinctions like Women in Law honors and the AACC Excellence Honoree award. Her knowledge was further showcased in 2023 as a lecturer at the California Appellate Defense Counsel Conference, where she presented on the "Illegal Silencing of Parents," addressing critical issues in juvenile rights and state intervention.
