In 1999, Bijan embarked on his law enforcement journey with the goal of enhancing community safety. Over the course of his twelve-year career as a police officer, he actively advocated for the rights of his fellow colleagues by serving on the Board of Directors for two different police associations, including a notable stint as POA President. Unfortunately, due to several major back surgeries, Bijan was compelled to retire. Subsequently, he pursued legal education at Whittier Law School, where he graduated with honors (Cum Laude). While at Whittier, Bijan distinguished himself as a recipient of a merit scholarship and earned Cali Awards in Employment Law and Legal Writing, recognizing his outstanding performance, including the highest grades in these subjects. Currently, Bijan specializes in representing workers in administrative and civil matters, focusing on issues such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Bijan serves as a panel attorney for PORAC-LDF and LASPA (Los Angeles Sheriff’s Professional Association). Additionally, he provides legal representation for employees affiliated with various police associations, including the Inglewood Police Association, Gardena Police Officers’ Association, Hawthorne Police Officers’ Association, Huntington Beach Police Officers’ Association, and California City Police Officers’ Association.
