About C. Brant Noziska

Attorney Noziska co-founded his law firm in 2001. His legal career has centered around landslides, soils subsidence, and construction-defect litigation. He also has ample experience handling cases involving personal injury, product liability, and business tort litigation. Mr. Noziska and his legal team take pride in the commitment they have for their clients and the legal profession. They have the legal know-how and skill to achieve a favorable settlement outside of the courtroom and are always prepared to take the case to court if necessary.

He holds membership with numerous professional associations including the San Diego County Bar Association, The College of Master Advocates and Barristers, and The American College of Barristers. He has twice been named an Outstanding Trial Lawyer by the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego for Outstanding Trial Advocacy. Attorney Noziska has also received the award of Top Ten Plaintiff Verdicts in California from the Los Angeles Daily Journal. In 1975, Mr. Noziska earned his Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1982.
