Estate Planning and Probate Attorney

Zakiya Norton helps Bar Area residents manage estate planning and probate legal issues. She has helped thousands of people navigate the complex legal processes required to provide the best futures for their families. Along with Somita Basu, Zakiya is the cofounder of Norton Basu LLP. Originally from the Bay Area, Zakiya obtained her law degree from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. In addition to being an attorney and mother, she is very active in her community. Zakiya serves on the board of directors at Cancer CAREpoint in a pro-bono capacity. She is also active in various California attorney professional associations such as the Silicon Valley Bar Association and as a member of the Black Women Lawyers of Northern California.
