An honors graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Mr. Kazmar earned his B.A. degree in economics as the Notre Dame Club of Chicago Scholar. He went on to obtain his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and was subsequently admitted to the Illinois Bar.
