Joliet Criminal Law AttorneyCosmo J. Tedone, born on December 13, 1966, in Manchester, Connecticut, has a distinguished legal career. Before co-founding the law firm, Tedone & Morton, P.C., he spent eight years as a senior associate with Chuck Bretz and Associates, P.C. In addition to this, he served as an Assistant Will County Public Defender and worked in private practice, focusing on insurance defense and general civil litigation. Notably, his involvement in several appeals led to the overturning of three murder convictions in 2011. With over two decades of legal experience, Mr. Tedone's primary focus in his current practice encompasses criminal defense (including DUI, Suspended Driver Licenses, Drugs, Domestic Battery, Homicide, and Appeals), personal injury cases, and Secretary of State Hearings.
