Nathan Amerberg pursued his Bachelor of Science in Political Science at the University of California, Irvine, before advancing his education at the Southwestern University School of Law in California. During his tenure at the law school, Nathan received the College of Law Distinguished Student Award and subsequently obtained admission to the California State Bar in December 2002. With a comprehensive background in both professional and voluntary legal practice, Nathan volunteered as an attorney for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles in the early 2000s. Throughout his career, he has consistently garnered praise from previous law offices and volunteer partnerships.

During his college years, Nathan served as a law clerk for the Legal Aid Society of Orange County, California. In this role, he assisted clients with diverse matters, including evictions, DMV hearings, government benefits, and elder abuse claims. Following his admission to the California State Bar in 2002, Nathan became a full litigation attorney at Bleau, Fox & Fong, LLP in Los Angeles, where he handled motions, demurrers, summary judgments, mediation, and arbitration briefs across a range of civil litigation cases. Subsequently, he assumed the role of President and Associate Counsel at Omega Transportation. After his tenure at Omega Transportation, Nathan established his own firm, focusing on aiding injured victims. With over 17 years of legal practice, Nathan has achieved million-dollar settlements in the realm of personal injury, particularly focusing on catastrophic injury cases.
