At the Law Office of Russ Alan Baker, PLLC, our attorney Russ Baker has over a decade of experience in helping clients with even the most complex of legal matters. He has a long history of litigation experience, and is never afraid to go to court to fight for his clients' rights. Since late 2004 and until 2016, he practiced criminal law in Dallas, Grayson, Collin, Denton, Fannin, and Hunt counties. In 2016, Mr. Baker relocated his practice to the Texas Hill Country and currently serves Burnet, Blanco, Gillespie, Llano, Lampasas, Mason, McCollough, and San Saba counties. He is a graduate of Texas Christian University and holds a Bachelor's of Science in Biology. His educational background in biology uniquely qualifies him to handle criminal law cases that involve scientific evidence, including drug cases, DWI, cases that involve DNA or fingerprint evidence, such as assault, burglary, and theft. Mr. Baker received his Juris Doctor at S.M.U. School of Law in 2004.
