About Andrew C. Sigerson

Andrew, a lifelong resident of Omaha, Nebraska, completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Economics, at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln in 1993. During his time there, he was an active member of Mortar Board and held the prestigious position of Student Body President/Student Regent in 1992. His academic journey continued with the attainment of a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1996, during which he excelled as a member of Moot Court. Moreover, Andrew holds the Credited Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) designation, showcasing his expertise in the field.

For over 25 years, Andrew has dedicated himself to supporting clients in their estate planning endeavors. He is affiliated with prominent organizations such as the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, Wealth Counsel, and Elder Counsel. His assistance ranges from basic estate and business planning to the more intricate aspects of wealth transfer and asset protection. As a co-founder and owner of Legacy Design Strategies, L.L.C., a national planning firm, Andrew has demonstrated his commitment to the field. Notably, he has served on the national board of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys.
